Vocabulary #1 sentences

Theme: The theme of the essay was about the story we read.
Tone: The tone the author uses is sadness.
Mood: The mood of the girl is happy.
Diction: The presentation was a formal diction.
Syntax: The arrangement of words and phrases to create well-formed sentences in a language.
Syllogism: There was a syllogism for the argument we had.
Stupid: The lady called the teenager stupid by the way he was acting.
Adumbrate: The picture on my phone was slowly adumbrating.
Apotheosis: I'm almost in the apotheosis of the book.
Ascetic: His ascetic was a monk.
Beguile: The girl beguiled the guy with her charm.
Burgeon: They're bills are burgeoning because there is more family members.
Complement: I think its nice when a girl complements another girl because its rare when that happens.
Contumacious: The boy was being contumacious because he was tired of being bossed around.
Curmudgeon: The man is always curmudgeon because he stresses a lot.
Faux Pas: She had a faux pas moment because she tripped in front of a crowd.
Fulminate: They all fulminated because it was too much work.
Exculpate: The newspaper exculpated the man that supposedly robbed the bank.
Disingenuous: The disingenuous boy was standing there innocently.
Fustian: The student made a fustian speech.
Hauteur: He was being a hater because he had too much pride.
Inhibit: The buy was inhibited from our school.
Jeremiad: He made a few Jeremiad because he had regrets.
Opportunist: The man is an opportunist because he's taking advantage of her kindness.
Unconscionable: The boy was unconscionable due to his act.
Didactic: The book was a didactic book because it showed us a lesson.
Bauble: We put the bauble on the Christmas tree.
